I first met Miss Arnold when she was a music student at Texas Tech. Now, she is headed off to do great things. Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 1:27PM Mr. Gregory Brookes is currently a visiting assistant professor of voice in the Texas Tech School of Music. He has received a Master's degree in voice performance from the Eastman School of Music and is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Music in voice from Indiana University. Mr. Brookes' voice credentials go well with what we expect of a voice professor. Interestingly, though, Mr. Brookes has a BM in clarinet performance from the University of Calgary. He was a clarinetist throughout his undergraduate college career before getting accepted as a Master's student in voice at the prestigious Eastman School of Music. Things like that don't happen very often. It is readily apparent to me that Mr. Brookes' has a love of the stage and has the charisma and charm that lends itself to a successful vocal career.
